Sony Pictures’ animated Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs has soared to the top of the menu on three separate home entertainment charts, carrying over its success at the box office to the home video market.

For the week ending Jan. 10, Cloudy debuted in the top spot on the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert sales chart, Home Media Magazine’s rental chart and Nielsen VideoScan Blu-ray Disc sales chart, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In all three instances, Cloudy bumped Warner Bros.’ popular comedy movie The Hangover from the top spot.

The animated film is written and directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller and stars Bill Hader, Anna Faris, James Caan and Mr. T. It grossed $124 million domestically and $83 million overseas, for a worldwide total of $208 million.
