Legend3D has converted the original Shrek — as well as Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third — to stereoscopic 3D for a special Blu-ray set.

The first three films in the series have been bundled with Shrek Forever After, which was made and released theatrically in 3D, for a 3D Blu-ray box set titled Shrek: The Whole Story, reports Variety.

The DreamWorks Animation set is being offered as a bonus to purchasers of Samsung 3D televisions and 3D Blu-ray players.

Legend used a proprietary technology to handle the conversions and the studio is currently working on a slate of five feature films, though it declined to name them.
