Fillion, Moss Lead Voice Cast for ‘Green Lantern: Emerald Knights’

Nathan Fillion and Elisabeth Moss have been cast as the lead voice actors in Green Lantern: Emerald Knights, the next DC Universe animated original movie.

Fillion will voice the Hal Jordan version of Green Lantern, with Moss playing young Green Lantern Corps recruit Arisia. Also in the voice cast are: Henry Rollins as Kilowog, Jason Isaacs as Sinestro, “Rowdy” Roddy Piper as Bolphunga, Arnold Vosloo as Abin Sur, Kelly Hu as Laira, Wade Williams as Deegan, and radio commentator and talk show host Michael Jackson as Ganthet.

Fillion currently stars in the ABC series Castle and voiced the role of Steve Trevor in the Wonder Woman animated DVD feature.

Moss plays the role of Peggy Olson on AMC’s acclaimed series Mad Man and previously had a role as President Bartlett’s daughter on The West Wing.

Green Lantern: Emerald Knights is the second DC Universe original animated movie to star the character, and it will be released on Blu-ray, DVD, on demand and for download on June 7. Bruce Timm is executive producer of Green Lantern: Emerald Knights. Directors are Lauren Montgomery, Jay Oliva and Christopher Berkeley.

Warner Bros. will release its live-action Green Lantern movie, starring Ryan Reynolds and directed by Martin Campbell, to theaters on June 17.
