Today’s batch of home video releases offers another round of episodes from a popular anime TV series and a special collector’s edition of one of the most quoted comedies of all time. The younger set can revisit animated adventures with Yu-Gi-Oh!: Match of the Millennium Part 2, while Monty Python and the Holy Grail Collectors Edition provides unique animated treats for those in the mood for “something completely different.”
Last month saw the release of Volume 12 of the Yu-Gi-Oh! home video series – Match of the Millennium. Now the exciting conclusion is available at retailers across North America. The remaining three episodes (#138, #139, #140) continue the fierce battle between Yugi and Pegasus.
Based on the Japanese comic book series, Yu-Gi-Oh! follows the adventures of Yugi and buddies Joey, Tristan and Tea as they play a strategy game called Duel Monsters. The game allows them to challenge their minds while pitting different mystical creatures against one another in magical duels.
Included in the Vol. 13 package is a bonus music mini CD (Pegasus version) featuring three tracks from the Yu-Gi-Oh!: Music To Duel By CD. DVD extras include Monster stats and profiles, and an exclusive Yu-Gi-Oh! music video.

The two-disc Monty Python and the Holy Grail Collectors Edition offers fans of the 1975 classic a host of extra features and comes packaged with a film cel senitype and paperback version of the script. Included in the bonus material is commentary by directors Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones, plus general complaints and backbiting by John Cleese, Eric Idle and Michael Palin. There’s also a featurette titled Follow the Killer Rabbit, three mindless sing-alongs, the educational film How to Use Your Coconuts, the featurette On Location With the Pythons and a short animated film titled Monty Python and the Holy Grail in LEGO. The Columbia TriStar release lists for $49.95.
