Wild Thornberrys To Swing Into Record Stores

Nearly a month before The Wild Thornberrys Movie hits theaters on Dec. 20, fans can get a preview of one of the film’s highlights, the music. Featuring new songs by Paul Simon, Peter Gabriel, Brandy, P. Diddy and Baha Men, the soundtrack is scheduled to arrive in stores Nov. 26.

The Nick/Jive Records release brings together an eclectic mix of Grammy Award-winning artists, contemporary pop stars and African world musicians to reflect the film’s diverse settings and cross-cultural themes.

The Wild Thornberrys Movie follows gifted Eliza Thornberry from the wilds of Africa to the hallowed halls of a British boarding school and back as she leads the whole family on a mission to foil the schemes of vicious poachers. Read our cover story in the Nov. issue of Animation Magazine.
