Sony Pictures Animation’s all-animated update to the magical world of Peyo’s beloved blue heroes is coming home on a variety of formats this summer, with Smurfs: The Lost Village set for a digital debut June 20, followed by 4K Ultrad HD, Blu-ray, and DVD sets on July 11 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.

Directed by Kelly Asbury (Shrek 2), the CG animated feature follows Smurfette (voiced by Demi Lovato) and her friends Brainy (Danny Pudi), Clumsy (Jack McBrayer) and Hefty (Joe Manganiello) on a thrilling quest through the Forbidden Forest to find a legendary lost village before the evil wizard Gargamel (Rainn Wilson) does — and discover the biggest secret in Smurf history.

The voice cast also features Michelle Rodriguez as SmurfStorm, Ellie Kemper as SmurfBlossom, Ariel Winter as SmurfLily, Mandy Patinkin as Papa Smurf, and Julia Roberts as SmurfWillow. The screenplay was penned by Stacey Harman (The Goldbergs) and Pamela Ribon (Moana).
