Plympton’s Hair High Graphic Novel Released

NBM Publishing has released the graphic novel version of Hair High, Bill Plympton’s upcoming animated feature. The graphic novel is based on Plympton’s storyboards for the film and offers an advance peek at the movie.

Through a web cam on his web site (http://www.hairhigh.com), Plympton has been allowing fans to look over his shoulder as he animates the film, his follow-up to least year’s Mutant Aliens, which is being released by IndieDVD on June 17.

On Sunday, April 6, Plympton will be at the MoCCA Mid-Hudson Valley Art Reception in Kingston, NY.
