Charlotte’s Web 2, Pok’mon 4Ever Spin Out to Stores

Today’s batch of home video releases sees the debut of an all-new follow-up to a beloved children’s favorite and the latest installment in an anime phenomenon. Charlottes Web 2 and Pok’mon 4Ever are both available on DVD and VHS.

Charlotte’s Web 2 continues E.B. White’s classic story of a remarkable pig and his eight-legged farm friends. The musical sequel features four original songs and introduces Wilbur’s new best pal, Cardigan the Lamb, Charlotte’s three daughters and the farmer’s niece, Fern, in a story about friendship, selflessness and what it means to be different.

The Paramount Home Ent. release was animated by Nickelodeon Animation Studios and retails for $19.99 DVD and $14.95 VHS.

Pok’mon 4Ever hits shelves complete with plenty of DVD extras including an all-new 20-minute short, a look at the 2D/3D animation progression, audio commentary, a DVD-ROM trading card game interactive tutorial and a trivia game. The short, Pikachu’s PikaBoo, is also included in the VHS version.

The G-Rated feature, which debuted in theaters last summer, introduces Celebi, a legendary winged green Pok’mon with the power of time travel. When he is captured by an evil villain, it’s up to Pikachu, Suicune and the rest of the gang to save him and protect the forest.

The Buena Vista Home Ent. release retails for $29.99 DVD and $19.99 VHS.
