Teaser Gives First Look at Toy Story 3

The teaser trailer has hit for Disney-Pixar’s Toy Story 3, offering the first look at the classic characters since 1999′s Toy Story 2.

Reports are few on the film, due for release June 18, 2010, but comments made by Pixar chief John Lasseter and others at this year’s Cannes Film Festival suggest the story will involve the toys’ owner, Andy, going off to college and his former playthings being donated to a local preschool.

This likely will be the last look at the new film for a while, with a full trailer not expected until the fall release of the 3-D versions of Toy Story and Toy Story 2.

The trailer is currently appearing in theaters before screenings of Disney-Pixar’s current film, Up.
