Russian World Studios Launches Toon Division

A full-length feature based the fairy tale Konyok Gorbunok will be the first project of Russian World Studios’ newly launched animation arm. Variety reports that the Russian studio will begin production of the film this fall. Controlled by the Sistema Group, RWS was founded 10 years ago and has offices in L.A., London, Luxembourg and Hong Kong and serves both as a production entity and a service provider.
