Nemo Premiere Hooks School of Celebs

The eagerly awaited Disney/Pixar film Finding Nemo had its world premiere on Sunday at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood. Voice cast members Albert Brooks, Ellen DeGeneres, Alexander Gould, Willem Dafoe, Brad Garrett, Elizabeth Perkins and John Ratzenberger were all on hand to promote the film, as were exec. producer John Lasseter, producer Graham Walters, director Andrew Stanton and co-director Lee Unkrich.

Other celebs who came out to get a first look at the computer animated fish tale included Cindy Crawford, Marlon Wayans, James Marsden, Don Cheadle, Michael Chiklis, Jon Voight, Teri Hatcher, Rob Reiner, Kevin Smith, Omar Epps, Beau Bridges, Miguel Ferrer, Scott Bakula, Jeff Garlin and Lauren Holly.

In the film, Brooks voices Marlin, a fish who sees his son Nemo (Gould) captured by a diver and vows to rescue him. Along the way, Marlin hooks up with the well-meaning but forgetful fish Dory (DeGeneres) and together they undertake the seemingly impossible task of Finding Nemo. This fifth Disney/Pixar collaboration hits theaters on May 30.
