It appears that release dates are a lot like dominoes: knock one over and the rest follow.

DreamWorks Animation has moved the release date for its animated comedy The Croods back three weeks from March 1, 2013, to March 22, 2013.

The move was made possible by Disney’s decision to move its release for Reboot Ralph from March 22, 2013, to Nov. 2, 2012, thus opening up the later March date for The Croods.

Written and directed by Chris Sanders and Kirk DeMicco, The Croods is about a caveman whose home is damaged by an earthquake and is forced to leave in search of a better tomorrow. Nicolas Cage, Ryan Reynolds, Catherine Keener and Emma Stone are lending their voices to the film.
