Ralph is finally a winner. Disney’s popular animated feature Wreck-It Ralph, about an 8-bit videogame baddie who wants to change his life, was the winner of the Best Animated Feature at this past weekend’s 24th Annual Producers Guild Awards. The film’s producer Clark Spencer took home the coveted prize. The category’s other nominees were Disney/Pixar’s Brave, Disney’s Frankenweenie, Laika’s ParaNorman and DreamWorks’ Rise of the Guardians. Wreck-It Ralph was also the winner of the Critics Choice Award for Best Animated Feature, so this latest win increases its odds of taking home the Oscar as well!

PBS’ Sesame Street was the recipient of the Award for Outstanding Chidlren’s Program, beating other nominees Good Luck Charlie (Disney Channel), iCarly (Nickelodeon), Phineas and Ferb (Disney Channel) and The Weight of the Nation for Kids (HBO).

The best picture PGA went to Ben Affleck, George Clooney and Grant Heslov for Argo.
