Wallace & Gromit’s Charity Auction Set for Nov.

The children’s charity, Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Appeal, will hold an online animation art auction from November 1st to the 10th. The event, which will benefit the Bristol Children’s Hospital allows animation lovers to bid and buy original pieces and signed prints from some of the world’s top stars of animation.

The  2011 charity has a collection of over 30 pieces of artwork including original sketches, paintings and prints created especially for the auction. Peter Lord, Nick Park and a host of Aardman artists and animators, John Lasseter, Pete Docter, Ray Harryhausen, Adam Ellis, Peter Lord, Dick Williams, Arthur Leonardi, Brian Cosgrove, Tom Moore and Terry Brain are among the many artists and animators who are participating in this fantastic event. Aardman’s Park, Lord and David Sproxton are patrons of the charity.
