VES Sets 9th Annual Awards Ceremony for Jan. 28

The Visual Effects Society has set Jan. 28 as the date for its 9th annual VES Awards.

The winners of the awards will be presented in a gala ceremony at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.

‘We’re pleased to have such an early date for our show next year,’ said Eric Roth, VES executive director. ‘As trendsetters, we think that the VES Awards are poised to set the tone for the entire awards season.’

This will be the third year in a row that VES will hold the event at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel.
