Sleeping Beauty Cels At Animation & Fine Art Galleries

Animation & Fine Art Galleries in Chappel Hill, North Carolina will exhibit original cels and drawings from the animated Disney classic Sleeping Beauty. The featured piece is a 1959 graphite & red pencil production drawing of Prince Phillip & Samson. The artwork can be viewed from Tuesday, Feb. 4 through Saturday, March 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Currently on display is “Lichtenstein and Warhol, Pop Art Masters!,” featuring original artwork from American Pop Art icons Roy Lichtenstein and Andy Warhol. Featuring Warhol’s 1977 serigraph “Jimmy Carter III,” the exhibit runs through Feb. 22.
