Animation and vfx studio Hinge Digital launched the contest in December to inspire artists, designers and writers for any background to submit original story ideas and corresponding character designs. The contest builds on Hinge Digital’s momentum in developing projects from the graphic novel and creature-feature genres, and serves as an opportunity for creatives to showcase their own unique visions. The contest submission could be from any story genre and any creative level or background. The only requirement was that the submissions needed to be original and compelling.
