Break Into the Game Biz with IGDA

The IGDA (www.igda.org) is holding a panel discussion titled "Breaking Into the Game Industry" on Wednesday, August 25th at The Art Institute of California in San Francisco. The event is free and open to anyone interested in pursuing careers in the video game development field.

Marc Sherrod, academic director for Game Art & Design at The Art Institute will moderate the discussion. Panelists will include Wallace Poulter of Infinium Labs, Ashley Monif of Electronic Arts, Todd Fay of Game Audio Network Guild/Todd M. Fay Media Developments, Rob Huebner of Nihilistic and Kjeld Pedersen of Double Fine.

Networking opportunities will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the panel discussion at 7 p.m. A Q&A session and further networking will take place from 8:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
