Animator Versh Opens Art Show in Hollywood

Long-time animation director, animator and designer Bonita Versh has an art show opening today, June 25, at Klasky Csupo Gallery, located at 6353 Sunset Blvd (enter on Ivar, parking up ramp). A reception will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. this evening.

The show is described as a celebration of the life in life drawing and line art. “There is nothing more satisfying than opening up a sketchbook and drawing what you see in front of you,” says Versh, who has printed a series from her sketchbooks depicting musicians, events, her beloved Venice Beach, Iowa and old friends.

Versh’s work will be on display during the months of July and August. Guest are welcome any time during studio working hours.
