Animated Feature Oscar Deadline Nov. 1

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences has announced that films seeking to qualify for the Animated Feature Film category for the 85th Oscars must submit entry forms and supporting materials to the Academy by 5 p.m. PT on Thursday, November 1.

The 85th Academy Award nominations will be announced on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 5:30 a.m. at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater. The Awards will be presented on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood and Highland Center, and televised on ABC.
