12 Shorts Make 2017 Cesar Selection Cut

The Academie des Arts et Techniques du Cinema have announced 12 films will be competing for nomination in the 2017 Cesar Awards race for best animated short. Members of the Academie will review and vote on these contenders by January 24, with the four nominees to be revealed at the Cesar Awards nominations press conference scheduled for January 25.
