Twelve companies have been nominated for the three awards to be presented at Cartoon Tributes 2010.
The awards allow participants at the 21st annual Cartoon Forum, set for Sept. 14-17 in Sopron, Hungary, to vote for the best broadcaster, investor/distributor and producer of the year.
France and the United Kingdom lead the nominations with a candidate in each of the three categories, while companies from Finland, Hungary, Italy, Germany, Belgium and Spain round up the rest of the nominations for these awards.

The winners will be announced in a ceremony presentation Sept. 17.
