Robot Chicken co-creators Tom Root and Matthew Senreich have sold a new stop-motion animated series titled Titan Maximum to Adult Swim.
The Cartoon Network subsidiary has ordered nine episodes of the series to begin airing in September, according to industry trade reports.
The series is about a group of misfits trying to defend the solar system and will feature voice work from Seth Green, Breckin Meyer, Rachael Leigh Cook and Eden Espinosa.
Root, Senreich and Green will serve as executive producers through Stoopid Monkey Productions.
