Animal Logic Brings Its Game to L.A.

Australian vfx and animation studio Animal Logic announced the opening of Animal Logic Interactive in Los Angeles.
Giancarlo Mori has been named senior VP of the new division, which will focus on the game and interactive entertainment sectors. Mori recently was VP of production, North America Studios, for Activision, where he oversaw such titles as Tony Hawk, Gun and Shrek.
Animal Logic is best known for the award-winning CG effects it has created for movies such as Happy Feet, 300 and The Matrix. In addition to commercials, film and TV series works, the company also develops software. Upcoming feature projects include Australia and The Lost Tomb: A Neopets Adventure.
