The Team is composed by people with a proven experience in field of pre-production, executive production and post production. The founder fellows have been working for more than 15 years on Italian and international projects concerning all aspects of animation films production. “JURASSIC CUBS – The Journeys of the Black Meteorite” TV SERIES 26 x 13’ What do we get when five dinosaur cubs decide to search for their mysteriously disappeared parents? Many, many adventures. That is what happens to SARO, BRONTO, STEGO, RANU and NUNZY, a.k.a. as the JURASSIC CUBS, the five pals who magically travel through time thanks to the BLACK METEORITES and the wise advices of the huge shaman SAÙRO and his trusted disciple NICHUS. In their trips, that will take them to the pyramids of Ancient Egypt, the Greece of the first Olympiads, in the arena of imperial Rome, or in a city of the future full of robots, they meet each time a different animal, with whom they build a sincere friendship, and from whom they will get help in difficult situations… especially when they will face a creature that in their own Jurassic Age had not appeared yet: mankind! The series, with its initial 26 episodes of 13 minutes, is the project that the Italian production firm ANIMUNDI is about to accomplish thanks to the participation of RAIFICTION and the RAIDUE television channel. An important agreement has been reached with MONDO TV for the distribution of the Series in over 60 Countries. During next MIPCOM, to be held in Cannes (France), ANIMUNDI will also discuss the distribution of the series for the rest of the world, while strong interest arrives also from Companies involved in Licensing and Merchandising Markets. Among the peculiarities of the product is that ANIMUNDI has decided to realize a special episode (available during distribution as a DVD/Home Video and on Pay TV) in stereoscopic 3D, i.e. for vision with the blue and red spectacles. This constitutes a unique event for 2D cartoons, which has been possible thanks to a work methodology developed in house by ANIMUNDI itself. The special 3D in DVD comes with 3D stereoscopic cards bearing images of the protagonists. Also, ANIMUNDI is quite advanced in the study both of the Official VIDEOGAME and of the JURASSIC CUBS card game. The BETA versions of the games are at disposal to all the Companies interested in licensing as well as in the other forms of merchandising, thanks to the great potential both of the concept and of the characters of the Series.
